VD Hand Chain Hoist
1. The entire machine body is constructed from high-strength sheet metal through stretching and stamping, resulting in high strength. The left and right side panels, outer side panels, and lifting wheels feature integrated bearings, ensuring smooth and effortless operation and easy manual pulling.
2. Internal gear transmission components utilize alloy steel and undergo rigorous carburizing heat treatment, significantly enhancing gear wear resistance compared to traditional methods.
3. A long-shaft anti-lock washer limit device prevents the sprocket and nut from locking up when the hoist chain descends to the bottom, thus preventing brake failure and safety issues.
4. Stamped chain guide plates ensure smoother chain guidance and excellent protection.
5. The hand cover features a rolled-edge reinforced design, resulting in a refined appearance, increased overall machine strength, and smoother chain operation.
6. High-strength G80 chains are used.
