1. The wire rope is secured to the drum with a PT bolt, providing additional safety features compared to ordinary fixing methods and effectively preventing the wire rope from slipping.
2. The drum drive structure uses a planetary gear transmission, directly driving the drum's rotation via a coupling. This allows for easy replacement of worn-out wire ropes or changing the rope's rotation direction.
3. The braking mechanism uses an electro-disc brake with wear-resistant brake pads. Its simple construction requires no clearance adjustment, and in the event of a power outage, the brake automatically and quickly applies pressure, effectively controlling the amount of weight sliding down the conveyor belt.
4. The gearbox is made of ductile cast iron FCD-45# copper casting, offering high ductility and resistance to breakage.
